Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties has acquired Coldwell Banker RCI Realty, the longest standing real estate office in Bozeman, MT, the company announced on July 6th, 2017. 

Locally owned and operated, Coldwell Banker RCI Realty was founded in 1971 as a full service real estate firm for those interested in selling or purchasing real estate in the Bozeman area and throughout the Southwestern Montana region. 

The addition of Coldwell Banker RCI Realty’s 15 agents brings Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties/Prime Properties’ total agent count to over 210, and widens its reach to 7 offices in 3 states. Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties’ closed sales volume, combined with Coldwell Banker RCI Realty, totaled more than $537 million and over 2,000 transactions in 2016.
