I have so many great things to say about Mark Corner! He was referred to us from a great friend and did not disappoint. From the very beginning, he genuinely cared about our personal situation and tailored our experience to our own needs. He took the time to meet with us in person before diving into anything more formal. As first-time home buyers, we were overwhelmed and uncertain about what the home-buying process entailed. Mark was extremely patient with us (it took us over a year to find our house!). He outlined the process in detail, took us to see several houses, and always had valuable information to share without imposing his own opinion. Mark is extremely knowledgable about Bozeman and the surrounding areas, building features, codes, the history of things, requirements, and potential issues, costs, and other things to consider when buying a house. Mark makes sure you understand every step of the process and doesn't make you feel silly for asking a ton of questions. Through the entire process – all the way through to submitting an offer letter and eventually signing closing papers, Mark was there to explain, add details, and make sure we felt comfortable. We were out of town Clients needing to sell our home in Bozeman. Mark went over and above what was required to make this happen for us. When we inquired what the market was like, Mark did a thorough market analysis for us and recommended a good selling price. Our home was on the market only 7 days before we had a contract. Mark continued to follow through the process, and made sure that all the paperwork was in order, and everything was taken care of in a timely fashion. We could not of had a better person taking care of the process for us. When we came to town to do some final cleaning, he made sure that any papers needing to be signed were ready, and the appointments set up. There was not a question that we asked that he was not able to answer - whether immediately, or if he didn't know, he would research, and get an answer for us as soon as possible. We are forever grateful for the hard work that he put into selling our home and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest hard-working agent who has your best interest at heart.
