Bozeman's Best Brunch

One of the (many) things we love about Bozeman is the incredible selection of restaurants.  With everything from classic American to traditional Thai, Bozeman truly offers something to suit any taste or preference.  With the weekend almost upon us, we've decided to round up our 6 favorite spots for a leisurely weekend brunch.  Take a look at our list and see if you agree!

1. Salted Carmel Cafe

Located downtown in the trendy 5 West building, Salted Carmel Cafe serves some of the most creative, eye-catching, and original dishes in the area.  Enjoy a mimosa on the patio (in the summer), and sample some incredible breakfast fare, like the Fried Chicken and Creme Brulee French Toast (pictured above), or a classic Eggs Benedict on a house-made English muffin.

2. The Farmer's Daughters Cafe & Eatery

In the heart of the newly-revamped RSVP motel sits The Farmer's Daughters Cafe & Eatery, a farm-to-table concept restaurant offering "healthy food at reasonable prices".  Try their Champagne Campaign breakfast which includes scrambled eggs, a protein berry waffle, and mimosa with fresh OJ, or bring the kids along and choose one of their children's breakfasts for just over $6.


3. Jam!

Jam! takes breakfast pretty seriously.  It is served all day, every day, and they are known for their unique breakfast appetizer menu as well as a selection of crepes, hashes, and a build-your-own Eggs Benedict Flight.


4. The Western Cafe

For those looking for a more traditional Montana breakfast spot, look no further than The Western Cafe on Main Street.  The Western has been serving locals scratch-made food since the 1940s, and has somehow managed to stay undeniably authentic through changes in ownership over the years.  Their "Best in the West" biscuits and gravy receive consistent rave reviews, and their "Bobcat Special" (cinnamon roll slices prepared french toast style) are sure to make an impression.


5. The Cateye Cafe

Serving the Bozeman area for more than a decade, this feline-themed establishment is known for its locally-sourced ingredients and down-home comfort food.  Famous for their "Sammys" and scrambles, The Cateye also offers a selection of flavored mimosas, making it an extremely popular destination for Bozemanites.


5. The Nova Cafe

Often voted as "Bozeman's Best Breakfast", The Nova Cafe has been serving up delicious moring-fare since 2005. In addition to standard breakfast options, The Nova also offers some unique dishes like their Baja Breakfast Tacos and The Mermaid Bowl.  With an extensive vegan menu and a popular children's menu, it's no wonder Nova is a favorite of locals.
