There’s plenty to be said about the local gems Bozeman has to offer. Whether it’s Cactus Records or Country Bookshelf on Main, you don’t want to miss the little secrets spread all around this quaintly vibrant town.
What is one of the best kept secrets trickling its way through the streets of Bozeman, you ask? Partner Coffee! Owner, Taylor Wallace, 29, voyaged to Bozeman in 2019 from Houston, Texas. He began his Bozeman coffee career doing pop-ups around town, serving Flat Track coffee out of his 1985 Ford Bronco, also known as the “Big Rig Of Nice Coffee Outside” (B.R.O.N.C.O). This past summer, locals would find him outside of Alter Bikeshop on Wallace Avenue.
Where can you find him now? Look no further than his brick-and-mortar store on 113 E. Lamme Street in Bozeman. Situated perfectly within walking distance of Main Street and other local favorites such as Dave’s Sushi, the Armory, Urban Kitchen, and many more. The best part about the coffee shop? Some may say it’s his Saturday Kolach special--you better get there early before this revered pastry is gone! Others believe it’s Wallace’s ability to create a community. Taylor Wallace has transformed the space into a place where the community can gather, drink coffee, sit down and work, and most importantly--play backgammon.
