As an owner, you'll enjoy six guaranteed weeks of personal use, including one float week available in June or September. This fractional features fixed weeks 3 & 4 (January 16-January 30, 2027) and week 32, a fixed August week (August 7-14) this year. You'll also receive two club weeks during the remaining 20 weeks of the year. Club weeks span from October through the first two weeks of December (Thanksgiving excluded) and from week 14 in April thru May.
